IELTS Speaking Part 1: Secondary school

Yes, I clearly remember my first day at secondary school. I was both nervous and excited, exploring a new environment, meeting new classmates, and adapting to different teachers, which ultimately became a memorable experience.

Certainly, I found mathematics particularly challenging in secondary school due to its abstract concepts and complex problem-solving requirements. However, with persistence and additional practice, I gradually improved and gained confidence.

My favourite subject in secondary school was English literature because it allowed me to explore fascinating stories, analyze complex characters, and improve my critical thinking skills, which I found both intellectually stimulating and personally enriching.

What I miss most about secondary school is the camaraderie among classmates and the carefree environment. It was a time of self-discovery, shared experiences, and fewer responsibilities compared to adulthood.
