Terms of Service
Last updated: May 22, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to IELTS Echo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI-powered IELTS Speaking practice platform, including mock exams, topic banks, and personalized feedback. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use IELTS Echo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
IELTS Echo provides speaking practice, AI-generated examiner interactions, scoring estimates, and study recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific IELTS band score. Outputs are educational aids only and are not official IELTS results.
4. Membership & Payments
Paid membership plans are one-time purchases that grant access for a fixed period (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year). Plans do not renew automatically; you may purchase again when your access expires. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier usage limits may apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, scrape content at scale, share account access, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and software remain the property of IELTS Echo or its licensors. You retain ownership of your voice recordings and written responses, and grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTS Echo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
