Describe a TV show/online program you have watched recently.

You should say:

• What it is

• What it is about

• How often you watch it

• And explain how you feel about it

You will have to talk about the topic for 1 to 2 minutes. You have 1 minute to think about what you are going to say. You can make some notes to help you if you wish.

A recent online program I’ve been utterly captivated by is *Our Planet II*, a groundbreaking nature documentary series released on Netflix. It delves into the awe-inspiring migratory journeys of dozens of species across every continent, from tiny Arctic terns travelling 70,000 kilometres annually to wildebeest herds traversing the Serengeti. What sets it apart is its cutting-edge filming technology—drone footage and low-light cameras capture intimate, never-before-seen moments of animal behaviour that feel almost cinematic. I carve out two hours every Friday evening to watch a couple of episodes, as a small reward for getting through a busy week of university lectures and assignments. I never binge-watch it, because I want to savour each episode’s stunning visuals and calm narration instead of rushing through the content. Honestly, it’s both humbling and uplifting; it reminds me how interconnected Earth’s ecosystems are, and has made me far more conscious of my own environmental footprint. It’s also the perfect stress reliever, since the breathtaking cinematography completely pulls me away from my academic worries. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone craving a meaningful, visually stunning escape.
